The villa is situated on the beautiful Mar Menor Golf Resort (currently 9-holes) but will extend to 18-holes in the near future. There are many other golf courses in the area including La Manga, Mosa Trajectum and Torre Pacheco, which is a par 3, nine-hole course.

Other golf courses include La Finca, Las Ramblas, Campoamor and Hacienda Del Alamo; all courses are within 20 minutes' drive from the villa.
